Roger was quick to respond to my message and was able to come out to perform the services very quickly. That was much appreciated. The work was done well.

I was very pleased. He was able to come out the next day. I thought I needed two valves replaced but it ended up that the lawn guy left them manually open from the blow out. He was honest with the situation and I ended up paying less than the quoted price. He explained things to me and answered my questions. He looked over the sprinkler system and assured me that everything was running well. It gave me peace of mind to work with Oasis Sprinkler.

Roger found the valve box in less than two hours without digging our yard up. While he said it was difficult to find, his many years of experience gave him some good ideas of where it might be and he was right. The part was old so he had to get a replacement from his distributor but he came back the following day and finished the job. Couldn't be happier and so glad we found Roger. He really knows what he's doing and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended if you want the job done well.

At no charge, worked with me over the phone to try to reprogram the Controller, since Roger said that was most often the cause. Very impressed. When the Controller still went rogue, he came out within two days, and replaced controller. Set up all programming and made sure everything ran as advertised.

Everything went well except they are sometimes difficult to reach on the phone, perhaps because of the seasonality of their business in that everyone wants service at once

Some minor issues were found, things I was already aware of, but Roger thought everything was satisfactory. He did not try to sell me or convince me that replacement or additional services were needed. I appreciate that.

Amazing! Roger is the best. On our initial install he was careful to taken into account our mature trees. He made sure that they didn't disrupt the root system all the way around each of the mature trees, thus protecting them. We can always count on him and the quality of his work. Our yard is thicker than it has ever been and we use less water. The only downside is that the yard got so thick that we needed a self propelled mower!

I highly recommend them. Roger and his crew installed the sprinkler system at my home. They serviced it Fall and Spring. They were always punctual, professional and wonderful to work with.

The process was great. I worked directly with the owner, Roger. Whenever I had a question he answered it thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He explained how sprinkler systems work so the project made sense. When it came time to install, the work performed was exactly as we discussed and everything worked great. They made it a very stress free process and our yard is already looking good.
