+ -1 moreJosh arrived within the scheduled time "window" and replaced three door locks. The locks were pretty old and badly rusted and it took him longer than he expected to get the work done. But he explained what the delay was and when he would be finished. He was very professional. He also provided a verbal estimate for some additional work, and was very clear about what the cost would be and what our options are.
Description of Work: We had the locks changed on three doors of our new house.

+ -1 moreI called Josh Capocasa (owner) and told him that I had locked my keys in the car with the car running. He said he could help and would be there in an hour. I called him while he was on the way to ask approximately what the price would be. He said it would be a $75 flat fee plus $10 for an optional spare key. Josh arrived on time, had the car open within minutes. He was very professional and efficient and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Description of Work: Got me into my locked car and made a spare key.
