My kid locked herself out of the basement family room with both the key and her homework inside, at 9 p.m. at night. It's not a normal interior door; the basement room is a former apartment, so the lock is fairly high quality, and my attempts to learn lock picking from a YouTube video were futile in the extreme. Lake Lock made a 9 p.m. house call for $65 and got it open for us. This was WAY better service than we had any right to expect and my kid was tearfully relieved that her stupid mistake had been undone.

Peter will be my new electrician!!! Oh my goodness - this guy is amazing and nothing short of a HERO! He came on Friday to rekey some locks and add a deadbolt. He rekeyed the locks but ALSO went above and beyond and fixed a back sticky door lock. He came back Monday and worked on the deadbolt and also fixed the back door sticky lock and fixed my front storm door lock. He was amazing and as a new home owner in this area, I felt very lucky to have Peter help me with my locks. You won't be disappointed. He is professional, very attentive to doors/locks and very friendly!

They are available for service 24x7. The cost was extremely reasonable. Peter even took off his shoes inside my home, even though I told him he didn't have to. I highly recommend Lake Lock to family. One of my apartment buildings exterior door locks completely failed one night to the point that no one could get in. I called Peter, he came out, replaced the lock, cut new keys for me and then came back to replace the other apartment buildings entryway door, again with new keys that were individually numbered to help with tracking the keys and who gets them. For the time he put in he was EXTREMELY reasonable. I would call him again anytime.
