My Sister (Lisa) and myself (Kristin) started KnL Cleaning service 16 years ago. We have enjoyed caring for hundreds of homes around the Twin Cities Metro area. We offer trustworthiness, quality workmanship and stellar customer service. We choose to stay small by choice, so we can continue providing quality service . We carefully choose employees we know will care as much as we do about the homes we service. Each employee is trained by us to ensure our standards for cleaning are met. We are so proud of the trustworthy and dependable service that you will recieve from all of us conducting business for KnL Cleaning Service.

Services we offer

Residential and Commercial cleaning services. We offer general cleaning plus, additional services as requested by our clients. Including: laundry, bedding, dishes, interior windows, organizing, etc. One time cleanings include post-construction, rentals, sold or purchased homes. We are available for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time scheduling. Please feel free to ask about your specific needs so we may accommodate.

Lisa does an excellent and thorough job. I love coming home to my clean house after she has been there. I feel very comfortable leaving her alone in my home. She is very reliable and trustworthy and an all around good person.
Description of Work: Basic cleaning. Floors, bathroom, dusting, floorboards etc.... Lisa will clean anything I ask her to.

Kristen is very kind, communicates well and just what you want in someone to clean your house. She does quality trustworthy work and pays exceeding close attention to detail. She frequently goes above and beyond to make sure the little details are taken care of. I have 3 dogs (2 Basset Hounds and a Long Haired Doxie), she makes sure my house appears like I don’t even have dogs when she’s done! I have asthma and Kristen takes care to make sure to clean with things that don’t trigger an asthma attack but leaves my house fresh and clean. She and her sister Lisa are just the best!
Description of Work: Kristen has been cleaning my home for the past year and I couldn’t recommend her more. She cleans my 2 story 3600 sq ft home, including walkout basement bi-weekly.

She’s been here 3 times now and is not only a hard worker but a super nice person as well.
Description of Work: I just need vacuuming every other week because I have injuries to my back and arthritis in my knees. Kristin was willing to take on my small job.

Kristen showed up to clean at the set day and time. She was very courteous (as I was working out of the house) and got to work as soon as I turned around (impressive). Kristen did a fantastic job on our home. She did point out many things that were not cleaned up to her potential from the last time our cleaning lady came. (only 3 weeks before) I was impressed with what she pointed out and what she has planned for her next visit. She suggested that she come every 3 weeks for a few months to get our home deep cleaned. And then monthly there after. I am very satisfied and TBH she has already exceeded our expectations for only 1 visit. I am excited to see how the next few months come along. I will re-post a follow up in about 3 months. I would 100% recommend KNL and Kristen as a cleaning person / Company.
Description of Work: I sent in a request to KNL on Christmas evening, I did not expect to hear from anyone until after the holidays. However I got an email back in just a few hours stating that I would be contacted December 26th!! Wow what a surprise. Kristen called me as promised on Dec. 26th. She was great describing her service and we discussed expectations of each other. It all sounded like a good match, as we were looking for a smaller cleaning company so the same person comes each month. She set up an appointment to look at our home and offer and estimate. Kristen was right on time for the estimate. She spent over an hour in our small townhome looking and talking about how and what she could do for us. We were very happy and booked a cleaning. Please keep in mind we have had the same cleaning person for the last 10 years, so we were a little apprehensive.

KNL cleaning is Great! Kristin is very punctual, professional, and fast. We have large house and she finsihes it in a couple of hours. She also goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right! We have her come a couple a times of month. She makes sure her customers are happy with flexible scheduling among other things. One of the most important things to me is that she is honest and trustworthy. I can leave the house to run some errands and I can trust her there alone. People even give her a key so she can let herself in to clean and out when she's done. Also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Description of Work: I have used KNL Cleaning for over 2 1/2 years. And Kristin offers 20% off for the first cleaning with a scheduled second cleaning.
