Description of Work: I needed some electrical work completed in order to meet some requests upon the sale of our house. I called a few places, one was just tossed me to different people and were very unprofessional, the other wasn't able to come out for nearly 2 months. John was able to come to my house with in a short time, he was extremely professional. The job ended up being a bit longer than he had originally anticipated. Originally he was going to replace a fan but instead he was able to simply run and get a part to fix it, then the entire basement had reverse polarity at the outlets so he fixed all of them, he removed a fuse panel and dryer outlet that wasn't in use, I also had him swap a ballast on one light while he was there. Overall great work! I kept his card so I could call him again in the future.

Description of Work: John came out and was very honest about my situation with needing to put an electrical outlet in for a dryer. He gave me a lot of great advice. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be calling him in the future to put some LED lighting in the house.

Description of Work: Installed outlet & toggle switch under sink for new garbage disposal, created dedicated circuit in electrical box.

Description of Work: John explained problem with ceiling fan(not vented to outside)after investigating. Ceiling fan did not need to be replaced. My husband will correct vent. John was professional and nice.

Description of Work: I had dead outlets in my kitchen. I thought the breaker was burning out. John found that the ground had come loose in the breaker panel. What I thought was going to be a costly wiring job was pretty straightforward and much less expensive than anticipated. His wife was great too!

John returned my call within just a few minutes, he scheduled a time to do the work the next day, showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue and completed the repair efficiently and effectively. To top it all off, he was transparent and accurate his estimate. I highly recommend John and will use him again.
