Capital Siding Windows & Roofing

Description of Work: They replaced 4 of our windows. Jeff and his team were great to work with starting from our first phone conversation all the way to the end of job. The rest of our windows had been done by another company, and Jeff did his best to match them up to the rest of the windows in our house - and he did a great job with that. They look awesome. His installation team did a great job as well. Very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We were extremely happy with them and would most definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I bought a 1950 stucco house with white siding on the gables. A late storm delivered extremely wet, heavy snow which brought down the 7' wide awning over my front door. Worse, the upper mountings tore loose & ripped huge swaths out of the siding. |I found Capital on the List & asked them to come out & give me an estimate for repair. The original siding was an odd design to begin with, & after a few days of searching Jeff had to admit that there was no way to repair the front gable & have it match the other two. We had discussed the color scheme I'd planned to use when I repainted in a year or two, & Jeff suggested putting contrasting shakes in place of the siding. I thought that would look peculiar until he showed me some pictures of a similar job he'd done recently. | |Since having one gable in dark shakes & two covered in white siding would look pretty tacky, Jeff went to bat for me with my insurance company & got them to agree that all the gables should match. | |Well. The dark shakes with bright white trim over the tan stucco looks fantastic! The work was done quickly & the cleanup was 100%, not a speck of anything left on the ground. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done - Capital definitely increased the curb appeal of my house. |

Description of Work: We had the Capital guys out to re-side our garage with vinyl siding. Since it was a fairly small job, they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. The crew spent the morning tearing off the old siding. A bit of a delay in the delivery of the new siding prevented them from doing anything more until after lunch. However, once back from lunch, they got to work on the installation, and a good portion of the work was done by the time they called it quits for the day. They finished up the work the next day. We've gotten a lot of compliments on our garage.

Description of Work: Our roof was replaced by a wonderful group of men. They were kind and diligent in their work. Jeff, the owner of the company, even helped me submit paperwork for a warranty replacement on the shingles.

Description of Work: I was extremely please with this company. They were very honest in their initial sales approach, they completed the side job in a very timely fashion, despite bad weather. They were extremely courteous and kept the site tidy during construction and cleaned everything up well at the end. The cost came in on budget and was very reasonable for the quality of materials and workmanship. I would highly recommend this company. |

Description of Work: Wrapped a door and second floo window got a referral for a roof repair but that didn't pan out work was done promptly and looked good.

Description of Work: My house has steel siding on 3 sides and cedar on the front. I was looking to replace the cedar with matching steel. Jeff came out, told me my cedar really looks good and some fresh paint might be all I need. WOW to hear that from someone in the siding business is amazing. He then looked up my steel siding and found that it is not being made anymore. He said I could go with James Hardy or a different color steel on the front, and gave me some price quotes, but said painting would be his choice. I would definitly use this company if I ever need steel siding. Getting that honest opinion from Jeff, was really appreciated. Oh and by the way, he was right on time for the appointment, and a really nice guy too.

Description of Work: After almost falling off our rotting deck, I obtained 4 quotes to replace the decking, railings and steps on our deck. Capital Construction was the most reasonable from a price point of view and they did a top quality job. I also liked that they made some suggestions to widen our step and cap the support beams with cedar, which made the refurbished deck look brand new. Great job !!

Description of Work: Contacted company for estimate on a small section of roof and siding needing a one-year repair until area demolished for planned add-on. Did not respond multiple times. Finally spoke with someone who was completely uninterested in doing any small repair jobs. Needless to say we won't be using them for the siding and roofing for the whole house after our addition is done.

Description of Work: We had them patch a problem part of our roof. They replaced some shingles and some water-damaged wood and added a metal valley and custom flashing. This is a temporary fix to hold us until we get the roof replaced.
