"Was very pleased with the overall result of New Again. I submitted dimensions and pictures over the website and received a very competitive quote. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference. I had been contemplating if my 20 year old deck was too far gone and needed replacing... but after seeing what Barak could do with stripping the old paint off, replacing some bad boards, and staining... I'm very glad I chose to do this rather than replacement."

"Absolutely amazing! Don and his team do beyond professional and the highest quality work. We built a new home with an unusable backyard because of the severe slope down into a wetland pond. Don created an absolutely beautiful design for our whole yard. It included a rock retaining wall to separate the wetland pond, and provide for a level backyard to entertain and enjoy with. It includes a patio with intricate design, with steps that went down to a lower level gas fire pit area. Planted over 30 trees with wonderful combinations of pine trees, maple and others. Creatively designed perennials, shrubs and bushes throughout the yard, with boulders scattered throughout. He installed lighting to enhance trees and many uplighting spots. We can not even begin to say how much we love our yard, being outdoors all of the time, and nightly fires. "Work done was okay. A lot of landscape fabric showing, so not the best looking. The real problem has been since the work was done. We had a bubbling rock water feature installed and it looks very nice. No literature or instructions were provided, and multiple calls and emails weren't answered on how to winterize it. Had to just wing it. Now the rock has shifted and the water flows toward the house. If i keep it flowing, it's going to get the basement wet. Same problem here, no answer from Jay. Communication has been poor the whole process. The only contact is Jay, so if he doesn't want to reply, you're out of luck."

"We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500."

Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
