+ -1 moreI called the locksmith and he showed up within 15 minutes. He was polite and professional, and he didn't' laugh at me! He opened my car for me and even gave me a coupon for a half price extra key at his shop. He had a sense of humor and was prompt and efficient. I will definitely call him again.
Description of Work: I had locked my keys in my car and couldn't get in.

+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure to do business with Tom's Lock Service. Very skilled and treats customers very well. Very nice shop.
Description of Work: Tom's was able to replace and program a lost smart key for our Lexus. He did it for about half of the price the Lexus dealers quoted. The new Smart key is identical to the one we have. It works perfectly. The La Crosse locksmiths told me they were unable to perform this service.
