My furnace is 27 years old and still works, but the fan is starting to make strange noises. My brother had River City install a furnace last month and he thought highly of them, so I called on 7/18/14. Jeff came by on 7/21/14 and gave me a proposal. I accepted. He called back that day and said they could install the furnace on 7/18/14. Bob and Cory showed up and with specific direction about a couple potential problems from Jeff, they installed the equipment that day. Jeff stopped by on 7/22/14 for final inspection and answer any questions I had. Made payment. When Jeff showed up on 7/22/14 , he brought a bouquet of flowers for my wife and a $20 restaurant gift certificate. I am not sure if that is usual, but it was a nice touch!!!
Description of Work: Removed old furnace and installed new furnace, humidifier and air purification system.
