Description of Work: I went online to sign up for this internet service. This was my first time signing up with an internet service provider, and they came to install my internet the very next day. The installation worker came early and took a short amount of time (~20 mins) to set up and explain the router setting, password, etc. I've only one issue with this provider. There were 5 days where I had no internet though I haven't had issues since.

+ 0 moreThey are a local cable company and they seem to be helpful and nice. Their technical services aren’t available 24x7 which is a little frustrating. The cable TV service is just odd, some of the local channels hardly come in at all.

+ 1 moreThey were great! They were here all day hooking things up. They followed up. The president of the company called me the next day to make sure we were happy. I was very pleased. I would recommend they look at it and compare prices with the other cable company. They have pretty good packages. I was impressed that when I had issues the next day, they got right back to me.
Description of Work: I use HBC for our monthly cable, phone, and internet services. They came to my home and installed the cable, phone, and wireless internet.
