Usually I have gotten prompt and top-notch service from Boomer's, especially from Billy. So, it is unfortunate that I write this review today. It has nothing to do with actual plumbing services rendered, but with what did NOT happen. I made a service call in the early afternoon of 8/6/13. However, today, like most days I have had to call Boomer's, the telephone goes to voicemail. I left my name/contact info, but did not hear back in 30 minutes. I called back, finally spoke with the receptionist and she claimed she attempted to contact me back, but ended up having the incorrect phone #. She told me the plumber would make the service call in about 5 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes, no one has shown up, so I call back to the office. I tried calling 4 times in 10 minutes, it all went to voicemail. So, I decided to stop down physically at their office.When I arrived, the receptionist was sitting at the main desk, I inquired about my service call, she said, "I don't know where they are." I asked her why she didn't know, when she is in contact with them through the day by cell phone. At that point, she angrily told me to "find someone else to do the job" and opened her cell phone. She told me "I'm going to cancel your service call, you will not be getting anyone to show up at your house now!" I asked to speak to her owner or boss and she then said "F*ck you, I'll have him call you later!" She refused to tell me the name of the boss or owner. I told her that I am a renter at my current property and my landlord wants me to use Boomer's Quality Plumbing and they would be upset to be denied a service call to one of the renters. She told me, "Too bad, you leave and find someone else. I am cancelling your service call and you won't have anyone come to your house anymore." This is some of the worst behavior I have ever encountered from any business and, despite the actual plumbing services rendered by the plumbers, I cannot recommend that anyone continue to use this business due to such base and absolutely unprofessional behavior. There are other plumbers services in town.

Everything went well, and the service met my expectations.

They are very knowledgeable. I trust them and Billy the young man that came out was very efficient, he did not waste my time or money. I did not know that the new washers need the stainless steel hoses instead of the rubber hoses. He was very good; I did not have to do anything. I want a good job so I am willing to pay.

I have had Boomer's out for several jobs. They always respond quickly and complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Office management goes above and beyond to work with insurance companies ans customer finances.Will definitely be calling for bathroom remodeling.

They are fast and professional. That's what I liked about them. They pretty much stay on quote. This time, they came in under the quote. They are fairly priced and pretty good. The workers were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.
