VERY POOR
Description of Work: I called to set up a routine seasonal furnace maintainance visit. They knew that for the 2:00PM visit I had to take vacation. They did not come until after 4:00PM. they were there for .5 hrs. When the bill arrived I was charged for an "after hours" visit, 3 times the original estimaste, tho nothing was wrong with the furnace. NEVER EVER LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!!! Not an honest business. I paid original estimate only. Told them to take me to small claims court, which they did not.

It was absolutely terrible. It didn't work. They sent someone late at night, and he stayed for two hours and didn't do anything. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: They attempted to fix my oil-burning furnace. They also cleaned out the ducts and replaced several parts.
