Air Duct Pros Mobile Vac

We did some shopping around and this company was the cheapest in town. When we called to set up an appointment, the gentleman complained about us having to have the cleaning done in the afternoon. He said he would have to start at 2:30 p.m. He was a half hour late. He wouldn't help move the heavy furniture because he said it would bother his shoulders and back. I had used this company in the past to clean the ducts in my old home and they did all of the work. They even took the vent covers outside and cleaned them. He refused to do this service for us this time. He then continued to complain about the vent covers and suggested that we go and buy new ones. He knocked one of my husband's deer mounts off of the wall but tried to make excuses as to why it fell and did not apologize. He had his daughter dropped off at our house and he told her that "with jobs like this one, I would prefer to do them early in the day." If you are going to complain about a job, do not do it in front of the customer. He did not screw any of the vent covers back on. The one that he did attempt to put back on was all bent out of shape from him trying to knock it into place and he left one of the screws sticking out 1/2 inch. My husband had removed all of the screws from the vent covers for him because he complained about having to do that. When my husband looked for the screws where he had left them, they were missing. He found them scattered throughout the rooms. We were happy when he left and we didn't have to listen to his complaining anymore. Though this company is the cheapest in town, and he did do a thorough cleaning, I would recommend spending a little more money for the extra service and no complaints from the person doing the job.
