Vet's glass was more than happy to come out and do an estimate for my gutters. Initially, I had them come bid a small portion that didn't have gutters, but needed it. Then I figured that with the way our basement was getting wet, the old gutters were crap and needed replacing also. So they came back out and did another bid. The only reason I didn't give them an A for punctuality is because it took them a while longer than I was told for them to come get them done. But they were busy with alot of other jobs that came before mine and it wasn't a big deal to me. The price was great, in my opinion, and the two guys who came and did the job listened attentively to what my requests were for the positioning of the downspouts, which was totally different than the old gutters. Those guys were friendly and hauled all the old gutters away. I came home to beautiful new gutters and now have a dry basement! I refer them to everyone who will listen. They even sent me a handwritten thank you card when all was said and done thanking me for my business. I will definitely utilize them in the future - as they also do windows, siding, etc.
