+ -1 moreI would not recommend Paragon Pools to anyone. They were called out to fix a leak and charged us $966 but did not fix the leak. I have been asking for the paperwork associated with the work and Mike Henry says he “can’t find it “. We can’t use the pool til it’s fixed. They were scheduled to come out her last Tuesday and didn’t show up or call even after I called midday and asked for a status on when they would arrive. Mike Henry said he would call me back several days ago and he has not

Description of Work: Mike and his crew at Paragon Pools did a complete remodel of an in-ground pool in a house i purchased in Grant. I shopped 3 or 4 other Pool Companies and chose Paragon because of Mikes knowledge, years in the business, promise of good service, and his competitive pricing. Mike stayed true to his word and started the project when he said he'd start, and finished to the very day he said he'd finish. Mike always answers his phone when i have questions, and any issues were handled quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paragon Pools, or to have them work for me in the future. | |We chose a salt system with a heat pump and an auto-cover and polaris auto cleaner and couldn't be more pleased with those decisions! + -1 moreInstallation went well. Initially, they had to pause for a couple days because of heavy rain. Once the digging started, the depth and width of the pool was dug within one day. The metal framing went up the next day and all hoses were than attached and ran back to the heater, filter, and electricity. The main light was then hooked up and all electrical work was completed. I believe the liner was installed on day 3 and then we started to fill the pool. The gas company came the following week to run the gas line and hook it up to the heater. The concrete guys then game and installed the stamped concrete border around the pool. At this point, everything was hooked up and ready to go. We were able to use the pool on that warm October day that got up to 85 degrees. I don't think i missed anything major. The installation went very well and Paragon Pools was very flexible and easy to work with.
