We are a small plumbing and heating service contractor servicing the entire Twin Cities Metro Area. Our service technicians are mobile repair shops on wheels that can deliver parts and expertise to solve your Residential and Commercial plumbing projects. Because we stock common repair parts and supplies in our service trucks we are able to make most repairs on the spot. If major plumbing work is needed we can work with customers and vendors to secure the necessary fixtures and materials to complete your job. Description of Work: LES ZELL, ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY, WORKED ON THE PLUMBING IN MY BATHROOM. HE EXPLAINED THAT WHAT I WANTED DONE (REPLACING ALL THE PLUMBING PARTS IN AND ABOVE THE BATHTUB) WOULD REQUIRE HIM TO CRAWL THROUGH THE KITCHEN WALL/CABINET AREA AND WOULD BE QUITE COSTLY DUE TO THE LAYOUT OF OUR HOME. LES, A COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY MAN, SUGGESTED A DIFFERENT SOLUTION WHICH TO ME WAS QUITE SATISFACTORY AND REASONABLE. HE ALSO MADE SEVERAL EXCELLENT ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF HIS SERVICES. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY HAPPY WITH LES AND HIS COMPANY.

HE SAVED ME MONEY IN THE END.
Description of Work: I NEEDED TO FIX 2 FAUCETS, ONE KITCHEN, ONE UTILITY TUB. FOR THE KITCHEN, ZELL EXPLAINED THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM AND REPLACED THE FAUCET. (I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED A REPLACEMENT.) HE ALSO INSTALLED WATER STOPS UNDER THE SINK WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT. AS FOR THE UTILITY. I THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE FAUCET AS WELL BUT HE FIXED IT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.
