We are a small plumbing and heating service contractor servicing the entire Twin Cities Metro Area. Our service technicians are mobile repair shops on wheels that can deliver parts and expertise to solve your Residential and Commercial plumbing projects. Because we stock common repair parts and supplies in our service trucks we are able to make most repairs on the spot. If major plumbing work is needed we can work with customers and vendors to secure the necessary fixtures and materials to complete your job. Description of Work: The guy went above and beyond for me - he came out and helped with my garbage disposal, and gave me a lot of tips about how to take care of it. He also fixed a leak for me, and since he couldn't find it the first time and had to come back, he didn't charge me for the second visit.

Description of Work: Les replaced the washers/bolts connecting the tank of toilet to the seat. Water was leaking from the bottom of the tank. I called Les around 3:30 PM as soon as I saw the problem. He called me back in 30 minutes, and came that night to fix the problem. He's done work for me before, and I've always been happy with his work. He will show me how things work, which I appreciate.

Description of Work: My sump pump stopped working and even though it was winter, I still get water in the sump that needs to be pumped out. I contacted Zell Plumbing and my phone call was returned quickly by Les. Les talked through the problem over the phone and was able to come out in a couple of days. He determined that my line was frozen and installed a new pump within the price range of the quote he gave over the phone. Les did excellent work and made sure I understood how the new system should work. I highly recommend him for plumbing work.

Description of Work: had to pay for them to give me a bid on valve replacement on boiler. Was too expensive, did not like having to pay for an estimate and then negotiate price. The person did sound knowledgeable, but price was almost 45% higher than the people I did get to do the work.

Description of Work: Have used them multiple times. First time was digging a broken shower pipe out of the wall, the chrome fitting had snapped at the copper supply line. He got it out without any damage to the sheet rock or the shower wall! |Second time was to cut a corruded fitting off the laundry supply fitting. Again was looking at wall repairs if that didn't work. |Third time was to install a utility tub in our workshop. Every time the work was done very well!
