Outstanding. The company representative came out on time, reviewed the problem, made a repair or replace recommendation and had all the necessary parts to complete the project.

Called to set up appointment. Was able to set up appointment for next day. Josh arrived a little late, but called to inform me that he would be late. He was extremely courteous and friendly. He completed the job quickly and asked if there was anything else that he could help with. Would definitely recommend.

My water heater stopped working. Zell sent out Tom the same day I called. He agreed to call me when he was on his way to my home, so I could lose as little time from work as possible. The heater had a brain freeze and he restarted it, showing me how I could do this myself the next time it happened and avoid a charge. He took down information about the heater and the electronic part, so that if the parts were really failing and went out again in the near future, he would be able to figure out what I needed without coming out to the house first. This information will be kept in my customer file. I have used Zell plumbing before and have always been very please with their work. Tom explains things and provides options that he believes are as good, but cost less. Zell plumbing is my plumbing company because of Tom and their service.

Literally a water slide between dining room and kitchen. It's 5:30, everyone is closing. A friend had recommended, he said no 24 hour service but he called back 5 min later and I was told later that only dogs could hear me. He came from Maplewood to my house in rush hour traffic in 25 minutes. He stayed until he found the little tiny pipe upstairs in the bathroom that had sprung a leak; he couldn't have been more accommodating. The people he's been working with are super. He demands respect. He didn't even have to tear the walls apart to find this tiny hole, amazing! Nobody wants to pay for plumbing, but this guy was worth it. Initial estimate was $6,000 to finish all the repairs but when it was all said and done he got it done in one day and it was only $3,000. We had to open up the kitchen ceiling and the plumbing above it didn't meet code. Saw another pipe ready to go so he redid the plumbing in the bathroom. I can't believe they got it done in one day and cut the price in half.

They did a great job. They did just what I asked them to do. They roughed in the plumbing for the toilet, sink, bath/shower and installed the tub, sink and toilet. They were reasonably priced for a plumber, about $125 an hour, but they do good quality work.

The company has great customer service. The plumber arrived on time, and was very pleasant and helpful with questions. I was very impressed.

Plumber examined job, made quote and performed work the same day. I considered the quote somewhat high, but was under time constraints to get this work done. (I had been informed a permit was $58.50, but he charged $150, not sure of the reason.) Plumber misread instructions and was going to put too much slope in vent pipe until I intervened. Although all the work was completed, the quality was not as high as the price would warrant. The pressure relief pipe was left at an angle. Debris was left for me to dispose. Hangers were left extending from floor joists such that I had to cut them to permit replacement of suspended ceiling panels. He did follow through with scheduling the inspection.

I discovered my leaking faucet on a day when everything seemed to go wrong. Since I have been in my new townhouse for only 2 1/2 years I was very upset about the faucet. (I had already had parts of it replaced while it was still under warranty). Thanks to Angie's List my day ended up upbeat.

Tom called me back within a couple of hours of my call; called me when he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He had my problem resolved very quickly, and was neat in his work. He took a look at my main septic line and gave me some advice about how to handle any water backups if they occurred. I found him to be very congenial, practical, and knowledgeable.

Tom Schilling of Zell arrived promptly to repair the leak. The repair only took him a few minutes and there was a minimum service charge of $125 so he offered to inspect the plumbing in other areas of the house to make sure things were looking good and to provide more value for the cost of service. It was a nice thing to do.

Josh was supposed to be at our place to start work at 8:30 AM. We waited for him until 9 and then called him just to discover that he forgot about our appointment.

Tom Schilling promptly returned my call and spent a lot of time clarifying what my problem was. Came on time next morning. He had explained over the phone the possibility that we might need new toilet. Once at the house, spent time carefully inspecting each item. He said the drain in tub was working fine. Explained how the shut-offs would work and gave me a bid. Before he did anything to the toilet he explained that it seemed to be original (house built in early 80's) and there wasn't a problem he could see. I decided to have him try a couple of options which didn't solve the problem. He gave me an estimate for a new toilet and information about what to look for in a new toilet.

Good looking job, fast response time, price at top end of ball park phone quote, but I would highly recommend them. I am very satisfied, and I will surely use them again in the future.

The company gave us an estimate for the work over the phone. We scheduled the work for the next day. The plumber, Josh, called to say his previous job was more extensive than planned and rescheduled for a couple hours later. He showed up on-time at the rescheduled time. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job. The final price matched the estimate.

It went fine. They showed up a few days after I called. The work went quickly, and the price was as quoted. I have used Zell the last 3 times I've had a plumbing need. They are responsive and pleasant to work with.

They were great! They only hitch was it did take a while to get them to my house, but once they were there it was a quick fix for him.

My message was returned quickly & appt was set for next morning at 7am. Arrived on time, began work immediately and worked quickly. Estimate was for 1.5 hrs and only took 1 hr. Cleaned up completely once done. Removed old parts. Would use again.

Josh was extremely professional and very nice. He cleaned up after himself. We received a discount for being Angie's List members. We would definitely recommend this company. First rate!

I received advice first over the phone and helpful knowledge as Tom worked. He made helpful recommendations about checking on the mold situation. He was professional, came immediately after I called, was extremely neat, and answered all my questions. I felt very secure and the work was finished promptly with a clear and reasonable pricing. I trusted his opinion. I plan to have some additional plumbing work done soon.

He came out in 20 minutes. He had to take the faucet apart and replaced a hot water part. I asked about the cold water and he said there was nothing wrong with it. He cleaned out the drain and did not charge me.

Although I do not list the exact price, I remember thinking how reasonable the price was considering how much time he spent with us.
