Call the main dispatch and they said someone in your area and he would call them. He call us with in an hour and was right over. Cleaned up the mess behind himself. We kind was cleaning it up to. We were very happy.

He was one of the most pleasant and professional people we have had work in our home. It was no problem to call him on his cell to ask about how to determine toilet dimensions that would fit our bathroom. He approached the whole experience all very positively - saying it was great that we found the leak early. When we told him about another issue - a clogged shower, he took out a "$2" gadget from a home improvement store and fixed it. His manner of dealing with customers really stands out. We would call him back without hesitation.

They are always so helpful and willing to come out if they are needed. Regardless of the size of the job, they perform to your satisfaction and they really live up to their guarantee.

Wonderful! really helpful and answered a lot of my questions and he looked at every plumbing aspect of the house to check on problems or repairs needed. He also told me that they supply kitchen sinks but said we could go and get one and they would install for us, he told us the best brand to get. He also went over to my daughters house and made a service call on a pipe that had burst in her basement.

Excellent work! Arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. Walked me though the process before work began and showed me results of work when finished. Everything was cleaned up and old pipes were taken away. Les also showed me how to turn outdoor water on, check for leaks and made sure things were not leaking. Very helpful and informative throughout.

Les was wonderful. I called late afternoon, and he came out within the hour. I had a water pipe leaking and there was water all over the floor. He fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently. He also "showed me around" the water heater and the pipes surrounding it, in case I had other problems in the future!

Fast installation. Showed up on time and gave exact quote before proceeding with the work. I would definitely use Zell again!!

Excellent experience. They were able to send someone out the same day I called. He was very prompt and showed up exactly on time. He explained what he was looking for as he diagnosed the problem (our efforts had probably pushed the clog further into the pipe). He explained what we should try the next time something like this happens. It was a very simple job for him, but he treated it like it was important. He was polite, courteous, and neat; overall very professional.

They had a quick response and showed up on time when they said the would. They were very polite and had high expertise. Their prices were reasonable. I would defiantly use them again if needed. I would also recommend them as well.

Tom was the technician, and he did great. He pointed out the things that went wrong and why the toilet was leaking (we originally did a dyi job that went bad). Basically because the previous owners covered the old floor with tiles, the flange was too low for just one wax ring to do the job. Also when he installed the toilet in the basement, the previous owners had cemented the bolts in, and they were too short, he told us exactly how much it would cost to put a flange in the place of that and make it work right. All of the suggestions he made about the outside drainage were easy to understand and he even uncovered a mud covered pipe that was supposed to channel water away from the house. As first time home buyers and having just moved in to this house, he really helped us get familiar with everything in the house and did not get frustrated with all of the questions we had. He even gave me his card and said if we are ever doing any other DYI jobs in the house and we have a stupid question, give him a buzz and he would be glad to point us in the right direction. They were priced really well, and I called at 2pm on a Friday and he was still able to fit me in. I definitely recommend these guys, they really took the fear out of calling a plumber, and while he was drilling into the concrete to add the flange, all I could think was, I am so glad I called these guys. This was my first time using angies list, and it is TOTALLY worth the money.

Everything went very well. The damaged outside faucet was broken in the process and Josh replaced at no charge. I also asked a number of questions relating to the scope of their work, from doing an overall plumbing assessment to installing water heaters and softeners. They are able to do it all. I'll be getting an estimate for the water heater and softener install. Josh was very friendly, seemed to really enjoy his work, and was very knowledgeable as he explained the options and choices relating to the install of an "instant hot water" system.

Tom exceeded my expectations. Was able to have him come at the last minute, to perform the work. He performed the hook up extremely fast and did so within the quote given.

Very well; Zell was prompt in coming out and fixing the problem.

I had three estimates, and while all the price estimates were similar, Les from Zell was the only one who had any enthusiasm about doing the job. He was easy to schedule, prompt, friendly, and even offered tips on some other aspects of my project that came in handy. While I do think the cost was a little high when prorated to an hourly basis, the service and quality of work were outstanding, thus I didn't try to negotiate. It's plumbing, upstairs plumbing, and when it comes to that, foremost you want the job done right.

Discovered leaking water heater at 9:30 am. Called Zell, after checking Angie's List, and they returned my call immediately. Showed up with the requested water heater by 11:30 am, and completed installation by 2:30 pm. Super response. Quality installation. Nice guys.

Josh worked efficiently and left things very clean. Did not seem to have any problems. Overall it took longer and cost a bit more than I expected (the office gal thought it would be a couple hours work, it was 3.5 hours).

He handled it well and didn't waste anytime. He was very helpful and agreeable. He is the type of guy you can trust.

Excellent overall, (charged $60 extra to come same day, but as water was spraying into my basement it was worth it to me to pay extra. Would of course prefer they not charge that extra fee, but otherwise totally happy.)

He was very efficient and very clean. He worked rapidly. There was no mess for me to clean up at all. He told me that if the faucet did not last very long, what kind of faucet to get to replace it so that it would last longer. Because of the weather and poor driving conditions (we had snow and ice and horrible traffic), he was later than expected, but he called to let me know and told me he would call me 1/2 hour before he got here and he did.

Tanya was the secretary and she was absolutely excellent. Within minutes, she had the plumber scheduled. The plumber gave extraordinary service and was extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely have them back. What they charged was very reasonable and we were happy to pay it. The approximate cost included the travel charge. We would definitely recommend this company.

Les was very helpful while I was deciding on the direction to go for my new water heater and where it could be located. The installation took about 4 hours and went smoothly.

He tried to help us with whatever we needed done. He even called back with a specific manufacturer's information as well. There is a slight problem with the way that it closes, which is very minor. However, I am surprised that he didn't catch this problem.

Great experience. Tom was very knowledgeable, personable, great communicator. He returned calls quickly, arrived on time. He thoroughly explained what he found as he inspected the problem areas, advised us on options and quickly completed the work.

Called for a quote and Jake returned my call promptly, set up an appointment and got one the same week. He was on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The cost of the job was actually less than the quoted price.

Overall, things went perfectly. Les and Brad were consummate professionals from start to finish, and Zell Plumbing is probably the pleasantest company I've worked with to date in the Twin Cities. They: returned calls promptly, were always courteous, scheduled the work quickly, came right on time, worked fast, and cleaned up impeccably. In sum: nice, efficient, and skilled.
