Description of Work: Annual maintenance on furnace,air conditioner, humidifier, & air exchanger. We have had them do the annual maintenance for several years and use them when we are in need of repairs or replacement as well. It's nice to have someone to call when we need them and they also follow up with us on a yearly basis for scheduling the annual check ups. All of the people we have had contact with are very professional, trustworthy and friendly.

Description of Work: We had been customers of S&R about 17 years. Rob did a great job before his company expended. We had his new employee for about 1.5 years. Good person, but the quality of service went down. After the job was finished he would return 2, 3 times back on the same day due to forgetting something. We also felt that every time they came they try to sell, sell, sell new things. In June of 2015 we started looking for the new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Rob gave us an estimate that we thought was too high. I got 3 more estimates from 3 small business, family operated companies and we discovered that S&R was $ 4,500 more than anybody else. Rob wanted to come and compare estimates "apple to apple. We did meet again and he was indeed $4,500 more. We have decided to go with Haley Comfort Systems, Inc. They were fantastic. Everything works great! It was a hard decision for us, but it is a huge difference in price for the same product and installation quality.

Description of Work: Replaced an air exchanger. It went very well. The owner explained everything in detail before doing any work. Very professional and friendly!

Description of Work: New high efficiency furnaces, air conditioner, water heater, water softener. | |Done efficiently, carefully. They were neat. Cleaned up and disposed of everything. |Gave excellent instructions and training in use of equipment. They did not leave until they had answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: I've used S and R for years and years. The guys are all experienced, nice, and efficient. Over the past 30 years or so, they have repaired and maintained all of my appliances, and over time, replaced them (furnace, dishwasher, hot water heater, and range/oven. They've done a great job and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
