Really happy with Paul's work.

Sink went well, shower left me with a hole in the wall, but I can't expect him to fix that.

Quality of work was good, but told by installer plumber that if I had any questions, to call Paul, the owner. I did have a question about possibly the need for an elbow to connect to the stove, but when I called Paul to ask about the need for an elbow, he became very upset that I was questioning his plumber's work. It was not a good experience. He did not even let me express my concern before he became very upset. For this reason I would not hire this plumber again.

Customer focused. They seem to have the customer's best interests in mind. The owner was very courteous, personable and down to earth.

Both times I was given a quote and both times when it was time to pay the bill the final cost was higher than I was quoted. I should've learned my lesson the first time. I wouldn't recommend this company. I am not happy with the results of the work and the price is not competitive after they add additional costs. They hide behind this "Christian" company advertising and it is just not true.

It went well. There were some glitches with the assistant, but Paul was professional and worked hard to get it done. He even installed a new toilet ring because the flooring guys discovered a leak.

Straight up honest plumber. Will definitely call again.

I strongly recommend Paul the Plumber! Like most plumbing issues, the need was unexpected, and he made every effort to come out to fix it ASAP. The work was done completely and he also gave me some good tips for future reference. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest!

hWe liked Paul's work and prices - we needed three bathrooms redone, a kitchenette and a laundry room plumbed in our new -fixer-upper we called in January and he said "you have a nice hoome - and when i get done it will be beautiful - if you're willing to wait on me - i waited and called at the end of February - and called a couple of times with no response- then i called once a week in march asking if he could call and just let me know if he could just let me know - when we could plan on him - basically we can handle anything as long as we know whats going on ! - no response- ! frustrated i was about to give up when Paul called me the first week of April- and apologized for not getting back with me -but that he was totally caught up with everyone - was going on a two week cruise with his wife and as soon as he got back - he was all ours ! i waited just over two weeks and called and got his voice mail - left a message and waited several days -no response --- i called his son-in-law that works with him - Mark and he said Paul has been back in town a week and i would have to talk to him - i called several more times- with NO response -- toally frustrated - i pulled up to an interesection-and there right next to me- side-by-side - was Paul the Plumbers truck with him alone -at the wheel - i dialed his number and watched as he picked up his phone - looked at it - and sat it back down ! I was hurt -- i started calling other contractors and they all said that they were booked full - that i shouldve called a month or two before -- - - time i had let pass because i believed in Paul- ! I went down to city hall in White bear to find his full name to file a complaint against Paul and the lady was very nice and asked for my name and number - a half hour later - Paul called me -- he apologized for not calling me back or not answering my calls but he had nothing to tell me - he was so busy that he couldnt help me with my job! i asked -- what happened with him telling me that he was all caught up -and going on vacation and when he got back - he was all mine ? he said that it was that way- but when he got back he had dozens of calls and requests for work and what was he to do --come and do my big job - and make dozens unhappy or make me unhappy and make dozens happy ? i said "you do the right thing !!! tell them like you do me - and have them do wait their turn ! - i remined him that i told him that he could take his time - he could stop to do "emergancies" whatever - and instead he would just choose to dessert me ? --he said he had no choice- so - hire him if you want -- iam a VERY nice -guy - i had a CASH budget of $50,000.00 and was being very patient and he treated me very unprofessional and hurt my feelings as well as wasted my time ! Paul is nice - and a good plumber - and a lousy business man ! totally !

Received a call back the same day. A busy time of year because of the cold weather. Scheduled an appointment which happened to occur on a blustery, snowy day. Paul was early and did the work quickly and efficiently. My dog was delighted that Paul was packing treats in his truck for dogs! She quickly became his best friend! Had a nice talk, too. Would certainly recommend Paul to anyone looking for plumbing work.

This is the second time we have used Paul the Plumber and the service in both instances have been excellent. (Note: this is the second review we have written on Paul the Plumber so please don't continue to ask us to do over and over again.)

It was a very good experience. The man who came out was very nice and he explained everything that he was going to do. Paul needed to come a little bit late because with that type of work, some things run longer so he just sent someone and he did a very nice job. He did a good, honest and clean job. He was also pleasant to work with.

Paul is very honest and responsible. He is busy, but if we have an emergency (sump pump failure during a rainy period), he will make a point of getting here ASAP to take care of it. If it is a lower priority task, he will schedule a day and time and is very punctual about being there on time or calling to update. Paul is willing to tell you the best garbage disposal, faucets, etc. and then let you find the best price (often online) and he will do the installation for you. When we go away for the winter, we give Paul's name & number to our neighbor and tell them they can call Paul for any plumbing problems that would arise in our absence.

The new bathtub single handle faucet works beautifully and looks so much better than the 30 year old faucet handles he replaced. Paul saved me money on the garbage disposal. He recommended I go to Sears to by a highly rated but lower priced garbage disposal. While he installed the faucet and his associate headed to the kitchen and began the garbage disposal installation. Everything works!! I have used Paul for many years and will continue to do so.

Paul did not call, nor did he show up by nearly 7:00 PM, July 25. I called Paul to let him know that since he hasn't shown up to consider himself fired. I still have not heard from him at this writing.

Paul was efficient, personable, and good at what he does. He tweaked what needed to be tweaked so the problem doesn't happen again and explained a few things so that even I can understand how to make minor adjustments if I needed to. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

Paul called us before the set appointment and let us know that he was running a bit late because of an emergency call. When he arrived he quickly connected the gas and water lines. His work was meticulous, he was pleasant & up-beat, his price was fair...What more could one ask for?

Very impressed. Gave me an estimate over the phone. Called when he was running late. Explained the problems and performed the work for a reasonable cost.

I HAD A GOOD CONVERSATION WITH PAUL AND HE SCHEDULED TO BE AT MY HOUSE AT 8:00AM THE NEXT MORNING, AS I HAD TAKEN THAT DAY OFF. HE DIDN'T SHOW, NOR DID HE CALL. I CALLED AT 9:00AM AND LEFT HIM A MESSAGE. I CALLED AGAIN AT 10:30AM AND HE ANSWERED. IT WAS CLEAR THAT HE DIDN'T FORGET, JUST CHOSE NOT TO SHOW UP. HE SAID THAT OVER A MONTH AGO HE HAD BEEN ILL AND HIS DOCTOR TOLD HIM NOT TO OVER TAX HIMSELF. I TOLD HIM THAT I COMMEND HIM FOR LOOKING AFTER HIS HEALTH, BUT A PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED. I DON'T KNOW HOW HE STAYS IN BUSINESS! I COULDN'T GET ANOTHER PLUMBER THAT DAY, BUT DID HAVE ROGER VADNAIS PLUMBING COME OUT AND THEY WERE GREAT!

I FEEL THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK HE DID. HE IS A GOOD CHRISTIAN MAN AND HE HAS A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY. HE ALWAYS CLEANS UP EVERYTHING GREAT AND HE EVEN WASHED THE WALL ON THE BACK OF THE TOILET. HE IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND A NICE GUY.
