Description of Work: Diagnosed a problem with the washing machine that would not go forward, It wouldn't washed clothes the water wouldn't come in, and he diagnose the problem. So he just put the part in the washing machine then it really worked which is really great. The office staff is very helpful

+ -1 moreOffice staff was helpful in getting information before technician came. So technician could come with an idea of possible parts needed. Technician was professional and explained what problems he saw and how to solve them
