Keller Management has consistenly been bad with doing maintenance on my townhome. Currently I have boards on my deck 2-3 years old which I have requested to be treated and painted. I am constantly in a process of getting my deck fixed because they don't fix the boards when needed, pressure wash the boards so they rot or mildew. I have called and although they acknowledge my complaints, they do nothing about them or do them YEARS later. I am so thoroughly fed up with this management company I cannot tell you!!!!! I currently have a complete side of my deck railing that is rotting and after reporting it multiple times via phone and internet request form, they STILL do not have it fixed. I would never consider to even come close to working with this company. All you get is pushed off and ignored when you make a request or complaint. They lie to you and tell you that they are looking in to it or it will be fixed and then nothing happens. Terrible management company! I pay $200 / month and nothing gets fixed and/or requests or issues do not get resolved.
