Description of Work: Boiler Exxperts was hired to do HVAC work in a basement remodel. He walked off the job midstream and we had to hire someone else to do the job at additional cost.

Description of Work: I had been working on bids for a new hydronic boiler since last summer. I received 1 visit and a bid from Boiler Exxperts last summer. I have been asking for a month for some referrals, an update and more details on the bid in an attempt to schedule. They seem knowledgeable but either too busy or incapable of followup. Based on this inconsistency I do not feel comfortable using them.
