Description of Work: Installed new high efficiency furnace and a/c and replaced and added duct work in basement. Dustin is very professional and did not try to sell us things that were not needed. He does excellent work and we will be using him again since our house has 2 a/c and furnace units.

He is polite, professional, prompt, and knows his stuff on heating on air conditioning. Work is done correctly the first time, and all my tenants rave about his customer service, as do I. + -1 moreI've had a great experience with them. I've used them many times and I've sent business to them as well. Their prices are very reasonable. When I had him do my air conditioner, he let me wait 3 months before I paid him because I was very skeptical. I had an issue with the air conditioner and it was replaced by one company and I had a very horrible experience with them. They put it in wrong and he came out and put it in right. Woodys and Dustin Wood are great. He came out and told me what was wrong with the air conditioner. I had another issue with the air conditioner and the compressor went out 6 months later and he came and fixed it. I've also sent him to my grandma's house. He is the only one that I will use.
Description of Work: I used Woodys Heating and Air Conditioning because the heater in my rental property was not working correctly. He said it was the ignition switch so he fixed that and I had him do a full diagnostic and cleanup of it. I plan to use them again because I just bought a home and I want the air conditioning system checked out before summer.

Woody's installed a new unit that works properly and is more efficient to run. They are diligent and professional in every way. They are wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: Woody's was called out to my house to find out what was wrong with my a/c condensor unit, it was not cooling. They found and fixed the problem within 1-2 hours. I had 2 leaks in the service valve fittings. The solder job I had performed upon installation was not done properly. Woody's was very professional and nice. I will be going through them for all my future repairs.
