I first noticed problems with the retaining wall, as it started to separate at the corners. After reaching out to Landscapes Unlimited, I was instructed to submit a warranty request, which I did promptly. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone calls across several months, my request for warranty repairs has not been adequately addressed. The lack of response and action from Landscapes Unlimited has been disappointing, particularly considering the significant investment made in this project. What concerns me the most is the apparent lack of commitment to post-installation service and honoring the warranty terms. The communication has been sporadic and non-committal, leaving me with an unresolved issue and growing concern about the integrity of the work done."
