My technician was very friendly and professional. Did everything I asked for. And did a clean job. lines are hidden as best as they could be. And fastened close to the walls. Nothing loose where it can be tripped over.

The cables are not fastened against the wall. I thought I would be cleaned up where they were drilled through the walls. He was going to put a longer cable in the room where there was an existing on and never did

Great tech and very neat and professional

The tech left the removed satellite dish. Thought that should have been handled by them as part of process. Otherwise, they did a very good job and I'm satisfied.

Antenna reception was flawed at first installation. Called back and got them to send a tech to move it higher on roof. Reception still bad. My spouse called them about it. They found out the antenna that the tech provided and installed was recalled! Sent new tech to install new, better antenna. It took 4 tech visits, but now we have great reception! A+ customer service!

Accurate communication solutions was good to work with and my technician did a very, very good job. I thought it was a good value for the money and saved me from having to climb up on the roof and possibly fall off. I would certainly consider hiring them again for any communications jobs I might have.

Didn't get the mount right on first visit...But went above and beyond to get the right mount and installed it the same day!! Very Professional!

Quick turnaround. They came out the same day we asked. But the job was a TV wall dismount & remount. We told then what we had was probably a 2 person job, but they sent just one. We had to track down a neighbor to help out. Even then, they ended up dinging our walls in several places. Now needs some repainting. They sold themselves on being cabling experts in addition to doing mounting, but they left the job with cables unattached and in such a disarray that the TV no longer hangs properly and the cabinet door will not close. Not the end of the world, but sloppy. Seemed to be no pride of work or quality. Or tech was in a hurry to leave. Will probably hire someone to redo their work.
