+ -1 moreCarson Medcalf was very responsive and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix a floor sanding problem from a prior company that wasn't apparent to us until after the darker stain went on. Apparently, the prior company had wheels on their floor sander that were off center and not balanced resulting in an uneven sanding job. We would not hesitate to use him again.
Description of Work: Sanded, stained and put down 3 coats of poly on dining room and living room oak floor. Patched in oak floor where necessary and replaced metal heat registers with oak registers.

+ -1 moreCarson did a great job on our hardwood floors. He was very prompt and professional and his prices are very reasonable. He seamlessly matched the refinished hardwood to the floors in the rooms we had previously had refinished. Also, he is very meticulous in his work and kept the areas he was working in clean and tidy. He is a joy to work with! Our power went out on one of the days he was supposed to be working and he was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule and was able to squeeze us in to his schedule to get the job done in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood flooring in three bedrooms and a hallway. Also replaced trim in two of the bedrooms.

Description of Work: Carson came out, looked over our job of sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors and gave us a written estimate. We called him because his web site said he used a product that we had used some 20 years ago with good success. He explained to us that although he could use that product if we wanted, he felt the product was not as good as it used to be and recommended something else. He seemed very knowledgeable about both products so we took his advice. He got the job done on time and it looks great! Carson was very professional and took great pains to minimize the dust and disruption to the rest of the house. We would not hesitate to use him again.
