+ 1 moreThey had to make several trips to get parts but we're always good at communicating when they would return. They were very fun to have around while they were working. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Bill and Ky installed a new furnace in a pretty tricky spot to install. It was a ton of work and could have asked for additional money but they honored their original bid. They are concerned about the price a client pays so they give options and let the client decide to go an financially efficient route or more elaborate route. They are friendly and great communicators. They are VERY experienced and I felt completely comfortable the project was done up to code.

+ -1 moreBill was fantastic. He and his son came out to my properties right on time and explained each job for me. He also thought of ways to run ducting and put the HVAC systems in to save me money. One of my rental properties had an old coal-converted furnace in it that had asbestos-wrapped pipes. Bill recommended ways to work with the city to safely remove all the asbestos at a very reasonable cost. He then removed the old furnace, and had a new, high-efficiency one installed extremely quickly. Then he added a central air conditioner for about $1,800 - much lower than I thought it would be. The furnace and air conditioner both worked very well. Bill and his son also repaired several other furnaces that were older in other rental properties. Once again the service was outstanding. They were prompt and courteous. They also called me while they worked on the furnaces to keep me updated as to their progress and what they were finding. I would recommend Webster Services to both homeowners and rental property managers all over the twin cities. You will really love their service.

+ -1 moreBill had installed the new furnace in the home prior to me buying it. His work is always good and he's flexible and creative in is work. He's punctual and gets back to you quickly. Lastly, he's very reasonable. The most recent ductwork he did for me for 80% less than the quote from a reputable, highly-rated Angie's List provider. Some of this is due to the fact that he came up with a simpler (but within code) way of doing the work. But most of it is due to the fact that he charges a fair amount for his services. I easily recommend him.
