Description of Work: Shoreline stepped in to complete a major home renovation project that had been abandoned by the original GC. Their responsiveness and customer dedication was amazing. Their transparency and quality of work, and customer centricity was the best I have ever experienced. I have continued and will continue to use Shoreline exclusively for our home remodeling needs!

Description of Work: We used them to repair the kitchen. We had a storm damage in the kitchen.

Description of Work: My wife and I had contacted them for a kitchen addition project, both the owner and his wife came out in Feb. and discussed the project, as they left Mitch-the owner said he would get back to us with an estimate within a week. We never heard from them again, thinking that possibly something happened we reached out in an email and still had no reply. I would not recommend them, if they they do not have the courtesy to respond even if they are not interested in the job.

Description of Work: I wanted an addition built over my garage and Mitch came to my house on 9/11/12. He said he thought he could write up his bid and have it to me by that Friday which would have been 9/14/12. He took down my email address so he could send the bid over to me. I never received that even after two phone calls from me to him. I also contacted him through his email address through Angie's List. I have not heard anything. The communication was one way. When I called him on 9/20/12 Mitch said that my bid was next and that he should be able to send it over the next day. The bid was not sent the next day. I then called Mitch on 9/28/12 and I again let him know that I had not received anything. He said that he had sent it out that past Monday. I said maybe I missed a letter or number in my email address. I said that to him the previous week as well to him and he said he didn't think that I gave him the wrong email address. I gave him my email address again just in case. Mitch said he did not have his computer with him because he was at a work site at the time. Well, it is October 1st and there has been no attempt from Mitch to contact me even after I attempted to contact him through his company email through Angie's List. I feel like this is not professional or good business and most importantly this is very poor customer service. If you would like Shoreline Builders to do work for you then prepare to be the one to do all of the communicating.

Description of Work: Shoreline Builders did a full remodel of my kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. It included all new electrical, plumbing, cabinets, counter tops, appliances, floors, sheet rock, and demolition.

Description of Work: We liked the end product of our remodeled bathroom- new shower walls, floor and glass. venting fan and some painting

Description of Work: This was our 2nd rental property remodel with Shoreline. This time, they repainted the entire interior and replaced the bathroom floors and all window blinds.

Description of Work: We had Shoreline completely remodel a rental home we purchased, both inside and out. They did all painting, wood flooring, landscaping, sheetrocking of walls, plumbing, cabinets, new light fixtures, window blinds, gutters, and interior water damage repair and prevention. Liked his work so much, we had him also redo a town home we own plus some small projects at the home we live in.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for bathroom remodeling.

Description of Work: Mitch and his crew remodeled our master bedroom, guest bedroom, created vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/dining area and replaced all our existing windows. We were so impressed with the quality of workmanship! Our entire project was completed a week earlier than promised so my wife was happy about that. We have had bad experiences with other general contractors so we found it refreshing that he was always on time, very neat and did impeccable work. My wife and I love the finished renovation. We would highly recommend Mitch and his crew to remodel your home.

Description of Work: Pulled up old carpet and put down new wood floors in kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and hallway, bathroom and stairs. (The whole first floor.)
