I am a real estate investor. Scott and I looked at several properties over the span of a few months. Much of this was in the dead of winter. We made offers on a couple before having one accepted. Scott set search parameters on his system that automatically emailed lists of properties that met my criteria. I would sort throughout these, and contact Scot with the addresses that I wanted to access. This is how I wanted to operate since I am very familiar with the geographic areas in which I own other properties.
We looked at a lot of properties, and each time Scott showed up with a positive attitude and his ever present pleasant demeanor.
He kept at it with me, and we found a property that I was able to transform into an investment jewel. Even through a convoluted acceptance process by the Seller, Scott kept at it and made it happen for me.
I was also a partner in a city lot before I met Scott. My partner had a realtor involved who couldn't even get a legitimate offer on the property. I brought Scott in, and he represented us as Sellers. Long story short, he listed the lot and we sold it for a profit.
This was a tough sale with a tough Buyer, but Scott served us well and got us a very good price. Unlike the other realtor, Scott has sound business sense and is able to effectively communicate in a negotiation. He is always prompt in returning phone calls, texts and emails.
I continue to use Scott as I search for other investment properties, and recommend him to others. Scott is a solid asset to the Real Estate profession.

Scott was amazing from the first phone call through closing. He was prompt, professional, thorough, and always available. I am wired to be thorough, detail oriented... basically obsessive. Scott never batted an eye when I had and quot;one more questionand quot; for him.
The best part was that Scott wasn't and quot;handling a transactionand quot; for us. Rather, he was a trusted advisor. He gave advice ~ great advice too. There are a lot of agents who can handle a transaction, but not many that can give trusted, sound advice as Scott did from beginning to end.
Lastly, you will enjoy working with Scott. He is a first-class person, with uber high integrity.

Scott and Katie did a fantastic job from start to finish. For a relocation, multiple Realtors present proposals including an estimated range of selling price. Scott encouraged us to list at a higher price than we were originally anticipating, one that was considerably higher than the competing Realtor. Not only were we able to obtain full asking price for the home but we did so within about 45 days. I believe that Scott's excellent understanding of the market and the area made a significant difference in the amount we were able to obtain for the property.
Throughout the process, Scott and Katie made it very easy for us. They helped us to find contractors to do some touch-up maintenance and also help to manage the contractors during a very busy time for us.
I highly recommend the Nagel team for your real estate needs.

Because I needed to find a contract for deed, I was not an easy client. Scott had no problem taking that on and negotiating with sellers. He's seasoned. He navigates the whole process like it's old hat. Most importantly, he's incredibly thoughtfuland mdash;he was always pushing to get me into the right house vs. just getting me to buy one. Highly recommend.

Everything went better then expected. Both houses sold for good money and quickly and Scott helped in getting the very best price on the new home. We were very satisfied with the service ad would for sure use them again in the future.

Was fortunate enough to meet Scott Nagel as part of my Corporate Relocation package. Even with friends in the business, I chose Scott (an unknown).. He arrived with a plan, set the expectations and understood my desire to get my house sold quick, while still maintaining my investment.
10 days later my house was sold, despite the fact other houses had been on the market for months due to the recession. Scott delivered on the commitment and I couldn't have been more pleased. The house sold for just a few thousand less than list price too, despite a sluggish market. I would highly recommend Scott and would use him again if I moved back to Minnesota.
