+ -1 moreHe showed up when promised or called if he would be delayed. He did a good job with the staining and there was a mishap with the equipment leaking on the sidewalk, but he came back with various products to get the stain off the sidewalk. He also painted the foyer inside the house and we were pleased with the result. The amount charged was exactly as quoted. His communication with us was very good and we hired him again to paint other rooms inside the house.
Description of Work: Brian stained the cedar on the dormers and pillars with something that makes the cedar look aged. He also painted the foyer and laundry room inside.

He even got the paint for me at his discount which saved me $$.

+ -1 moreBrian was very helpful (and patient) with helping me figure out paint colors. He did meticulous prep and repair work on the woodwork, tile and the walls. He was very tidy, and at the end of every work day, he put all of his stuff away so that I could have a mostly functional house in the evenings. The price was very reasonable, and Brian was very relaxed and personable.
Description of Work: I hired Brian to paint all the trim (it had not been painted before) and the walls in my dining room, living room, entry and hallway. I had previously painted the dining room a very, very bright red. He also helped me figure out what to do with my peach and brown tiled bathroom. He primed and painted over the tile and the walls as well.

+ -1 moreHE DID A EXCELLENT JOB. IT WAS VERY TEDIOUS WITH THE WOOD TRIM AND NOT GETTING PAINT ON CREAM STUCCO. BRIAN IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EVEN LET OUR DOG'S OUT IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN WE WENT TO THE STATE FAIR. HE DID A LOT OF EXTRAS WITHOUT CHARGING MORE. I WILL HIRE HIM FOR ALL MY OUTDOOR AND INDOOR PAINTING NEEDS.
Description of Work: WE HIRED BRIAN TO PAINT THE WOOD TRIM (A LOT) ON OUR THREE STORY STUCCO HOME. BRIAN WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR NEIGHBOR WHO HAS HIRED HIM MANY TIMES FOR EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PAINTING. MUCH OF THE TRIM WAS IN BAD SHAPE. BRIAN SANDED AND PRIMED WHERE NEEDED. WE HAD VINES GROWING ON PART OF THE OVERHANG WHICH HE ALSO SANDED OFF. THE JOB ENDED UP BEING LARGER THEN EXPECTED BUT HE HONORED HIS QUOTE.
