"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! This spring 2018 we noticed our house was peeling so we reach out to Ryan and he said he would come by the following Friday but he never did. We have been trying to contact him for the past 2 months via text,email,phone calls and even though the BBB but he will not get back to us! Makes you wonder if he did indeed stop by and just doesn't want to deal with our peeling mess! Ryan told us if we had a professional paint our house it would last at least 6 years!!"
