Sure Electric Inc.

My complaint is that they went $3000 over the allowance for electrical without informing me first or getting my consent. I did an electrical walk thru with the electrician, and he asked where I wanted outlets so I told him. At no point, did he inform me that I was going above my allowance. He charged extra for things like lights by the exterior doors and installing ceiling fans, which should have all been part of the original quote. He wouldn't allow me to deduct some can lights in the kitchen which could have lowered my price. He chose to add can lights on the front porch which increased my price; however, I would have been fine with just the one light if I would have been told that I was going above my allowance. He put in 3 switches to control my lamps which I did not expect, but I was still charged extra for it. When I saw the bill, it was too late to tell him to just give me what was part of the allowance, as he already had the electrical ran.
