Coppin Sewer & Water

I have a warranty with Service Line of America for my main water line. I had an inspection of my house and was told there was a possible leak with the main water line so I contacted Service Line of America to file the claim. They sent the request to Coppin Sewer and Water to schedule a time to come out to look. However, Coppin never responded to their request after several days and attempts to reach them and didn't return my call to schedule a time for them to come out and review the issue. I would steer clear of this company.

It went very well. Mr Coppin is genuine and honest, and with sewer repairs, this is hard to come by these days. My sewer started backing up in november of last year, and after a video inspection, I realized I faced an imminent break in the sewer line, due to damage caused by many aggressive roots, from 2 large elm trees in my front yard. He replaced my entire sewer line in a half day, replacing Orangeburg with PVC. He was on the job himself. His quote was much lower than than the 3 others I obtained (less than 1/2.) Others quoted partial repairs, sleeve repairs, etc. As a side note, the city will not approve partial repairs if orangeburg 'tar paper' pipe exists because it is so bad. I needed a full line repair from the beginning.

Bill and his crew took care of everything from city coordination to cleanup. They were professional and polite at every step.

This required having our front yard dug up and the pipe replaced. Bill came out the same day as 2 other companies we were getting bids from. He was on time and gave us a reasonable quote. We decided to go with his company and are not sorry we did. He showed up on time, 15 minutes earlier actually, and completed the job the same day. He secured all necessary permits and even gave us a 5 year warranty in writing.
