concrete repair, excavators
+ 0 moreWe hired Mike Paczkowski to install a stamped concrete patio. We agreed to a size and price. He excavated an area of our yard. He reduced the size without consulting us. We asked for a refund because he said that he could not install the patio for the price he quoted us. He said he give us a refund. It has been 1 year and still no refund. We won in small claims court: still no refund.
Description of Work: Mike Paczkowski was to install a stamped concrete patio in our backyard. He started the excavation and never finished the project. He never sent us a refund, even though he said he would several times. Mike was working under his former company name of Stamped Concrete Ltd. He now operates under Compete Exteriors a landscape, stamped concrete, deck and handyman service company.
