+ -1 moreDillon came out for service call on Tuesday, May 25th to repair damage caused by a delivery driver. He fully explained everything that needed to be repaired on the irrigation system and took the time to make sure everything was repaired and tested prior to leaving. He did an excellent job as does everyone else at Aqua Pro. The entire process went very smoothly and everyone connected with Aqua Pro should be commended for their work and attention to detail. I highly recommend their services.

+ -1 moreTechnician arrived to do a spring start up. Quickly discovered that 15 heads needed to be replaced. He took the time to show me why they needed to be replaced and immediately "dug in." He finished in a short amount of time, he completed his task and was on his way. Another great experience with Aqua Pro!

+ -1 moreThe set the sprinkler up so that we can add the back yard when we are ready for it. The person I liked everything about them. I talked to the owner, and he was without a doubt the most knowledgeable person that I have talked to about sprinklers. He came out and supervised the job himself, and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: They set up a system for providing sprinklers for the entire property, but only installed sprinklers in the front lawn.

+ -1 moreWe had sprinklers installed in 2011. The project went well. We have had no dry spots and the system has worked fine. As I keep revising my gardens we have had to call and have some heads moved. Also,we have used Aqua Pro to blow out the sprinklers each fall. Everyone who has come out has been very helpful and professional. No complaints!

+ -1 moreThe company that installed our lawn sprinklers doesn't seem to exist anymore (at least they don't return messages) so I needed somebody to blow out the sprinklers for the winter. I called Aqua Pro, they came out and performed the service, no problems, very well. They then added me to their list so I can count on them to do this each year.

+ -1 moreOverall, we have always been satisfied with the services AquaPro has provided, and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Tom is very passionate about customer service and doing things right the first time. In my neighborhood, he probably has 75% of the business.
Description of Work: Tom and his crew originally installed my system, as well as most of the neighborhood about four years ago. At the time, I was pleased with the work, and have subsequently used them for winterizing every year. This year, we had some landscaping done in our backyard and had AquaPro out to move some heads and install some new ones. They were excellent at coordinating with the other contractors on the project, and even pointed out some things that I needed to be concerned about.

Description of Work: I bid this job to 4 companies. Tom's price was the best by far coming in at $1700 for a 6 zone system w/ controller and ball valves, Ground Sensor, Back flow valve, etc He was very willing to work with me. He was polite, eager, and a gentleman. I live in a patio Association where each homeowner is responsible for his own lawn,. In fact in my Association, 3 other owners did hire Tom to do their systems and they were most satisfied. He sells Hunter heads and I wanted Toro heads as they are quieter. As a former Purchasing Agent, i did not like his responsiveness. If the reader here, can be more patient, then I would higher recommend Tom

+ -1 moreThey installed sprinklers in my back yard 6 years ago before my sod was installed. They were so cheap I had them install the front yard the following year after the sod was installed. The post sod install was seamless and unnoticeable. They were thousands less than the other bid I received. hey have provided ongoing maintenance for the last 6 years. Prices are reasonable for maintenance as well. Almost my entire street ended up using them for install. Always friendly and on time.
