Jeff is not only very personable and a great guy to work with, but they got the job done sooner than the deadline and were on time and on budget. He showed up when he said he would. His crew was very nice and very considerate. His work was excellent quality and he offered great ideas and solutions throughout the process. I felt that I got more than I paid for in time, service and quality. And, I felt that the overall price I paid was very reasonable. I have enthusiastically recommended Jeff to my friends and family and he has received nothing but kudos from them as well.
Description of Work: Demolition and removal of existing 3 car driveway and brick retaining wall. Disconnection of drainage from city sewer (required by city of Minneapolis) Dig new drainage, haul in 4 truckloads of gravel, create complete new drainage system, rebuild retaining wall, add huge vintage lamps to driveway entrance, decorative cement finials to driveway columns. Straighten and repair vintage iron fence and gates surrounding property. Tuckpoint entire 10,000 square foot home. Restore all original trim, columns, capitals, doors on property. Repair and restore existing screen porch. Re-landscape property. Renovate basement. Build new artists studio in home.

+ -1 moreJeff is very friendly and reasonably priced. He was able to help us with the gas boiler during the busy season when I couldn't get a plumber out. However, overall he is very unreliable and about 70% of the time doesn't show up when he is supposed to and doesn't call to let me know.
Description of Work: Repaired boards on apartment building deck and repaired gas boiler.
