Description of Work: I called to have internet service connected. They came at the last minute and ran the cable on TOP of the lawn and said someone will come back and bury it. Its been a week now and nothing. I guess when the ground freezes it makes it easier lol. Spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to get a user ID but they said i needed to wait even-though they have me in their system and had given me an acct. # All i wanted to do was check my internet usage.

Description of Work: Media com just limited streaming to 250 GB a month or you pay more. UGH! Need a new provider with unlimited GB usage. Been with Media Com for about 15 years and prices go up and services go down.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, we made a HUGE mistake to switch to this company. We have had so many service dates and still remain with no telephone and no internet service. Currently, we have been without both for two weeks and they claim they cannot give us an appointment until another 7 days from now.....This is after talking with supervisors and general staff who are located everywhere from Arizona to Haiti. Their ads on TV are VERY misleading, indicating they are 24/7 and will work with your schedule. We cannot afford to be without these services and we are now in a two-year bundled program which is almost totally worthless! The date above for service is a place holder as noted in my statement above...I have no idea of amount spent because the only service that has worked is cable TV.

 + -1 moreIn the beginning they were great, after our year contract the prices increased about $25 a month. If you can get through on the phone you are usually on hold for 30-40 minutes. Technicians lacking customer service communication skills and knowledge. I e-mailed them months ago and never did get a response from them. The service has gone down but the fees have gone up. Their hold music plays the most irrigating music ever and it plays over and over.

 + -1 moreTHEIR SERVICE CONTRACTORS ARE OFTEN UNPREPARED (TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, LACK OF EQUIPMENT OR TOOLS, ETC) IT ALWAYS TAKES MORE THAN ONE VISIT. THEIR SERVICE PRICES ARE ALWAYS VAGUE, AS FAR AS WHAT'S INCLUDED. I AM LOOKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS LIKE DIGITAL CABLE. WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM ON THE PHONE THEY ARE NICE AND GET AN "A" HOWEVER WHEN THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT ON A SERVICE CALL THEY DESERVE AN "F".
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDE DIGITAL SATELLITE SERVICE INCLUDING 2 RECEIVERS AND 2 TIVO/ RECEIVERS.
