DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They STILL have not validated that they have done the work. Yes, they were paid immediately but have not signed off on the job so that we might be reimbursed by our insurance agency. Countless phone calls, 3 letters and an additional letter sent certified mail have been made and sent in attempts to contact them. Now the contact number has been "temporarily disconnected". The work itself is fine. We have had it checked by 2 independent and reliable contractors. However, it took much longer than promised to begin the project and after finally starting, it took approximately 3 weeks to complete. The original and promised work time was 2-3 days. Many houses in our neighborhood also needed to have their shingles replaced after the same storm and those that used other companies had their work completed in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately we were not in that category. Shannon, the owner, is very unprofessional, difficult to get in touch with and just a bit on the untrustworthy side. The men he has working for him did a good job. I do not blame them as Shannon is the owner and ultimately responsible.

Consumer beware, fly by night business. Made all sorts of promises on how to save money. Had hail damage on home. He came by to give estimate on repairs. Never got estimate but had him do anyways, smooth talker. My insurance adjuster came by to check out damages, and owner of crow wing exteriors ended up getting into argument with adjuster, unconfortable situation. Adjuster ended up sending half of the money to start repairs, The other half came when job was finished. When job was done, he never submitted final bill to me, but put lein on my home. He ended up submitting final bill to my insurance company without my knowledge, and didn't see what was really charged for the job. If there was ever any problems, it was explained that I could call him, but he never answers the phone, voice mail was either full or had to leave message. He said that certain things were going to be replaced, and were not. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
