 + -1 moreThey were on time and did the installation exactly as planned. They cleaned up the area very nicely after they were done. They spent time explaining how to operate the system when they were done.
Description of Work: Installed gas fireplace. Corner installation, including framing for fireplace and wall mounted TV.

Description of Work: Fire Works installed a Kozy Heat Lakefield gas direct stove in a finished basement. Price included all materials and installation. I am very happy with the stove and have had no problems with it. (Note that I am submitting this review now because I had no idea Fire Works was listed on Angie's List). I have had gas stoves installed in other homes by more well-known metro area companies and now think Fire Works is the best.

 + -1 moreFrom the time we first walked into the provider's show room to shop for a free standing gas stove, til the finishing touches of the installation, we received first class treatment. The contractor is knowledgeable, honest, and has a passion for his chosen profession and business. He took the time to ask us questions until he understood just what we were looking for in a standing gas stove, both from the ambiance standpoint and the heating factor. He disclosed ideas and recommendations to save us money over the coming years and took the extra step to make sure we were satisfied. His installation crew was also professional and made sure every detail was taken care of prior to leaving the premises. Fire Works Fireplace is all about a good product at a fair price and excellent service! I will return in the future as my needs arise.
Description of Work: The provider came into our home and piped a natural gas line through the ceiling and wall to supply natural gas for a free standing gas stove. The provider then Installed the stove and ran the chimney out through the exterior wall..
