Wayne is just great! He is extremely friendly, conscientious, and attends to the details. The power washing of the deck and house were just as promised, but the window washing beyond perfect. It's now hard to tell if there is a pane of glass in each window frame. And the entire job was done at very fair price!

I called Wayne in desperation after miscommunication with Dixon’s left me without clean windows by the date I needed them. Wayne responded immediately and came just a few days after I called even though it was July 5. He even came early after texting to make sure it was ok. In less than 2 hours, he and his helper had windows on my older 2 story house in St Paul sparkling despite tough old storm windows and other obstacles. I so appreciated his willingness to meet my need quickly and professionally.

Good price, arrived on time, did an excellent job, in fact it looked better than I thought possible. I wish I would have taken some pictures. Would use again without a doubt.

Outstanding from the beginning to finished product. Jon was here at our house for nearly 8 hours meticulously washing many windows with French panes. When he was done, they were spotless. We got several quotes from other companies, but Wayne seemed the most honest and knowledgable. Wayne also communicated in a very timely manner and stuck to his word- when he said he would call, he called. I will use Wayne's Home Services every time we need window washing or any of the other services they provide. Wonderful experience! Hard to find a solid company like this these days.

Excellent! Wayne initially came out to our home to help with a clogged downspout last Friday. After fixing that (no charge) he gave us an estimate for all the gutters to be cleaned as well as all of our exterior windows. He had an opening due to a cancellation so we were able to have all the work done two days later. He was professional and punctual throughout. He gave us a fair price and did an excellent job. No problems - just great work and we will use him again!

I hadn't originally picked Wayne's, but came across the company when I did the multiple quote option for gutter cleaning on Angie's List. That being said, I'm very happy the connection was made! After submitting the request on Angie's List, Wayne called me within one hour and was at my house to provide a bid within 3 hours. He was competitively priced so I chose his company to do the work. We booked it about a week out, and he gave me an accurate time frame for arrival. There was even a text message reminder and another text message to inform when he was on his way. The work was done thoroughly, efficiently, and professionally. He kept me updated during the work and once the job was done he walked around with me to provide recommendations on areas that needed to be addressed (water & ice damage). Once he ensured my satisfaction, I received an invoice via email a few minutes later that I could pay online. Very easy process. I will use Wayne's again and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend the company. Great experience!

Wayne and John were very efficient, professional, and performed high quality work. They were to my house within a week of me initially calling them for the service And cleaned 70+ windows, inside, outside, and screens, in less than 2 1/2 hours. Waynes Home Service was absolutely fantastic. They did a whole make over on my house cleaned all my windows inside and out, cleaned my gutters that were overflowing. They also power washed my lower deck and cement that had mold growing on it. Overall I was very happy with the quality of work and responsiveness. I had lots of other companies that never got back to me. Pricing was very reasonable as well. After cleaning the gutters Wayne recommended putting gutter covers on. I was skeptical at first but after checking around and seeing his price I decided to go with them. Best decision I have ever made now I don't have to worry about them plugging up anymore. Overall Wayne's Home service was one of the best contractors I have ever hired. I would definitely recommend. The only negative that I could find was it took longer than I thought it would, but I suppose it was due to their level of detail and doing things the right way.

Wayne was the only one who contacted me from Angie's list. He was determined to make the mold issue less dangerous for my sons family.
