Trusted choice completed a beautiful basement finish. Overall, we were thrilled with the work and it turned out better than we could have expected. There were some timing frustrations but Chris always communicated through them.

We had a great experience with Chris at Trusted Choice. He is very good at communication and follow up and was here every time we had a new subcontractor making sure that they knew what needed to be done. Even when we experienced some hiccups along the way, Chris worked quickly to come up with a solution and make sure that we were happy with the end result. Our basement and built in turned out great!

The bathroom met all expectations and the execution was done in a timely manner, with clear communication and breakout of costs.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job. At times there were kinks here and there..Chris was on top of it and communicated when and how he would fix any issues. Chris even had surgery during our remodel and still was available and coordinating everything. He went above and beyond when he didn't need to...he is dedicated to making our remodel a success.

I have worked with Chris twice and have been really pleased with his professionalism and his organized and kind demeanor. He is an excellent general contractor and very easy to get along with and work with. He listens to all your questions and needs and really delivers on helping you create what you're looking for in your project. He stays in touch through phone,text, and visits throughout your project and is always readily available. The finished product of my basement is really spectacular and is so functional. When I asked for Chris to help me make sure that the basement would be warm and comfortable, he helped me make sure that I made necessary upgrades to my HVAC system that have made the entire level feel more "main level" then basement like. His subs respect him and are respectful to his clients which I think is very important. If if I had an issue with a sub, I felt comfortable discussing it with Chris and his actions taken to remedy it. As with any project, things come up and when we had a few things go off course, Chris was available to look into them, get in touch with subs to fix them and make sure we were happy with the end product. He listens to your needs and concerns and does not dismiss them. I continue to recommend him to my friends and neighbors for projects and will use him in the future as well.

We recently had Chris head up a significant remodel of our home. Trusted Choice Remodeling completely gutted and recreated two bathrooms and a full kitchen as well as creating an office, mud room, and closet from an existing dining room area. This along with refreshing three bedrooms and hallway, all new baseboard, replacement of 125ft of hardwood floor, refinishing of 1200 ft of hardwood floor, window casing, and replacing all doors and hardware. From our first call to Chris on through over a year of stop and starts before financially being able to square away funding on our end. Chris was always on had for the contractor walk through and any questions that came up. The project took 9 weeks from move out to moving back in. Chris was on site everyday during every phase on the project interacting with us as well as the contractors and city officials for permitting and inspections. We had the opportunity to fully move out of our home for 9 weeks during the project which made it much easier for the contractors. We will be remodeling our 1,400ft basement in a year or two and will absolutely have Trusted Choice Remodeling as our contractor again, no doubt about it.

It went great! Chris is a rockstar, seriously, he was there for everything and anything I needed! If you want a down to earth guy who shoots straight as an arrow and is always honest about how you can cut corners to save a buck while still getting great results, this is your guy! It went well. Chris kept us informed about each part of the remodel. When we had issues, he addressed them immediately. The allowances he gave us were very close to what we ended up purchasing. If we had another remodel, I would definitely recommend Trusted Choice Remodeling to anyone who needs work done.

Everything went great! Chris did a great job of listening to what we had envisioned, turning around plans for the new space in a short amount of time and promptly answering all questions. He did a great job staying within our budget, keeping costs down and getting the work done. We already have other plans made to hire him again.

Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. I was please with the majority of the subcontractors he used. We had a few hiccups with the subcontractors here and there, but we worked through them together and stayed on track. Chris managed my expectations well, knowing the goals and outcomes I was expecting and meeting them. Overall everything went well and we have a updated space that we will enjoy for years.

We had a great experience working with Chris and his team. There were some snags with finding a replacement material and it affecting the timeline, but Chris handled everything professionally and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. He always answers his emails promptly. All the guys on Chris' crew were friendly and respectful of our home, and we are appreciating our new window!

Awesome! My hardwood floor looks great along with everything else from granite countertops to the beautiful paint job!

Chris was very prompt with returning our initial call and meeting with us regarding our project. He provided a very detailed quote indicating he understood everything that would be involved with the job. He was able to schedule us in quite quickly and was organized through every phase of the project. I assisted my father with managing the project while I was out of state and Chris kept me informed about everything. This man is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with as were the professionals that assisted with the completion of the job. I would hire him without hesitation.
