 + -1 moreI gave them a list after a year of what was wrong with the house, which is what we were suppose to do. For example, the hard wood floor is still wrong after 3 attempts to correct it, the garage floor is already deteriorating because it was poured in the rain, I am going to have to redo the interior painting because it was such a marginal job, ans a lot of documented details were not taken care of. The gas line install was really sloppy (after I paid more to have it roughed in) and in the wrong spot. It was done really poorly, and I had to redo a lot of it myself. When I was having the basement finished, they were suppose to come to correct it, and never showed. The quality was not as nice as their model homes, and I think it was over priced.
Description of Work: I had my home built from them in September of 2006.
