Can't say enough good things about Bob's great work, but I will try. Bob did a great job of installing our Jacuzzi tub faucet yesterday (2/12/15). He have used him in the past to install a garbage disposal and replace the backyard water faucet shut off valve. He always sticks with what his estimate is, no matter if its possible more time or parts maybe needed. Yesterday he made 2 trips up to the Home Depot to get some other parts for I guess our older, more unique tub and NO EXTRA CHARGES, still the original $215 he originally quoted. He does a great job of cleaning up after himself when the job is done, he places all the junk parts in the box for you to trash/recycle. He is very friendly to my wife and 2 year old daughter, Bob has grand kids my daughters age so they talked on the same level. Just a great man to have when you needed something repaired around the house, like having a friend or family member in which you don't have to worry about being ripped off. We don't bother with having any other estimates done anymore, Bob always come in with the lowest quote, with the highest work quality and professionalism.

He is going to repair the window in the spring. The wood on the bottom of it is rotten. I had gotten other estimates from window companies. I have had quotes for $1350, but he thinks that he can replace the window for under $50. He says that the window companies will want to replace the entire window. He feels only the wood on the bottom of it needs to be replaced. He feels that he needs to only fit one piece of wood in there and it will be fine. The work will involve some carpentry as well. He does beautiful work. Whatever he does is always done to perfection. I like him because he is a perfectionist. In the past, he has helped me with the pantry shelves. The shelves kept falling down when I put some stuff up. He replaced every single one of the support links that held the shelves. Since he fixed that, I did not have any shelf collapse. The work that he does is good. He replaced one of my cupboard doors. The finish on the outside had crinkled. He replaced that. When he realized that the color did not match, he took it back and made it so that it did match. That door has not crinkled like the other doors. It still looks beautiful. At times when I have called him, he has been able to come out within two days. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Things were good. They showed up on time and they were knowledgeable.

Robert came out and refinished my cabinet doors and matched the stain with the rest of the doors. He re-stained and refinished these. Then he can just about fix anything. When he talks to you he then writes up an invoice to agree upon. He cleans up after himself. His prices are very reasonable and I will have him come back to do more work.

Mr. Oleson is great. He is very communicative. He will discuss what needs to be done thoroughly before any work gets started. He is professional and very clean. I would use his services again in the future if needed.
