Metropolitan Concrete

Initially, the representative contacted us promptly and provided a reasonable cost estimate on stamped concrete. Jeremy Plunkett, the representative said the job would be done during the 1st half of May. However, after numerous calls to Jeremy and the company we didn't receive any return phone calls. When we did reach Jeremy he said someone from the company would be contacting us. He said this on three separate occasions and no one ever called us. Our initial contact was late March. In the end, we lost confidence in this company and will get the work done with a more reliable company. Notably, Jeremy called us at 8:45pm on May 24th saying he would like to come do our work in the morning. It was too late as we had no confidence in Metropolitan Concrete.
