+ -1 moreShane Van Sloun came to my home for a landscape estimate. I probably spent almost an hour explaining what I wanted. When we finished, he said he'd send a written proposal within two weeks. Unfortunately, he never sent the proposal and it's been over a month. It was a waste of my time and it makes me think he has a "follow through" problem.
