+ 0 moreI contacted NMR Management to see if they could inspect a foreclosure property we just secured. They got there within 24 hours, inspected, took pictures and reported back to us. We then authorized them to do work. They changed the locks, fixed a broken window, removed a lot of trash, inspected the plumbing, etc. There was no power so they brought in their own generator. They prepared a professional report for the condition of the property and what was done.
Description of Work: NMR Management came in and trashed out a foreclosure property we secured. They got to the property immediately and did an inspection. Within 24 hours we had video and photographs of everything. Then the property was immediately cleaned up, all debris removed and made safe and presentable for future resale. They inspected everything, documented everything with pictures and repaired what was needed to be fixed. They were great and professional.
