ITS BEST TO GO ELSEWHERE! I set up an appointment for a drain fix and when I recieved the bill it showed double in labor. when confronted they said it was in the unions contract that it was billed this way. Drive time is billed as labor. I spoke to the union and they said that was not true. after I confronted the store again they did nothing about it. the worker performed 1.25 hr of "actual work" I was billed $520. on the phone the rate was 150 p/h.

It went well and the plumber was very accomadating/personable.

He came out and tried to take care of my need but wasn't able to because of the situation. He was nice and courteous and gave me suggestions on completing the project.

Called them for an estimate - arranged a date - they didn't show. Called and rescheduled for another date/time - they showed, but were late. I walked them through what I wanted done, they said they'd pull an estimate together and send it to me - which never came. I contacted them twice afterwards about the estimate --- no response! What's even more strange about this is the guy who came out to give the estimate was Brian Heisel himself --- his card said 'President'. But perhaps that's why he didn't respond? Perhaps my job was too small? But if that's the case he could at least say so. In my opinion - these guys are really unprofessional and they don't know how to communicate. I won't be using them and won't reach out to them again. I can't comment on their actual work or their prices, but companies that don't seem to have the common courtesy to call or email their potential customers are not companies that I want to work with.

Mr. Heisel came out to give us an estimate, made a drawing of what we wanted done and said he'd be back to us within a a few days. When he didn't get back to us, we called him. He said he was waiting for his bathtub refinisher to get back to him and that he would call as soon as he got the information he needed. We never heard from him again. Obviously he didn't want our business. The interesting thing is that we found out that Heisel Brothers uses Surface Specialists in Wrenshall to do their refinishing. We called them and they did our work very promptly and professionally.

The service went well.
