+ -1 moreDaryl, with Chem Dry Carpet Magic in Victoria, is the only one I will use for cleaning my carpets! He is reliable, professional, takes pride in his work and guarantees it. I've had other carpet cleaners literally almost flood my carpets with hot water and empty their dirty water in my bathtub. Yuck! He looks for spots/stains and doesn't get the carpet too wet so it really does dry quickly. I would highly recommend him! You will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: Daryl cleaned all the carpet in my house which amounts to approximately 1600 sq feet.

+ -1 moreI have used Daryl for years, as have some of my neighbors. He is very thorough, and even pickier than I am about getting things done just right. I have off white carpets and a dog with a dog door.... my carpets look like new after he cleans them. He is easy to work with and talk to and will not clean more than is necessary, but will point out when perhaps only the traffic pattern in a room should be tended to. I would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: I had a set of stairs, traffic pattern in a lower level family room, a very large bedroom, living room rug (a bound and tasseled carpet) and the traffic pattern in the dining room cleaned. He pre-treats stains and spots, goes back over the spots afterwards, brushes the carpet and stairs out after, and towel dries certain areas to speed up the drying time . I have a lot of hard wood flooring and he protects it all and wipes up any moisture left on the wood.... in other words meticulous.

+ -1 moreIt was great overall! They warned me that they may not be able to get all the spots out, but they did, along with the odor!
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 1 room. My dog had been sick and they addressed the area.

He is very timely and does a great job. He lets us know why a stain may not come out and tries hard anyway. He does a fabulous job for us. We have had good luck with Daryl.

+ -1 moreThe work was completed exceptionally well. Our technician worked quickly, neatly and very professionally. He laid down towels to prevent any drips from his equipment from hitting my hardwood floors. We are always pleased with the work we receive from Chem-Dry.
Description of Work: We had four bedrooms, a hallway, flight of stairs and family room carpets cleaned. We had received an estimate of $300 for the job, but after taking complete measurements the actual price was 25% less than that. We also purchased two cans of the very best carpet stain cleaner on the market for the occasional kid and pet stains.
